Classes
Classes are a great way to learn how to scrapbook, learn a new
techniques and/or how to use new products.
Students (except beginner classes) MUST bring
their own basic tools to class, including a 12" trimmer, a pair
of small scissors, scorer, adhesives, glue dots, pens, pencils, exacto knife
with cutting mat and if
available, chalks.
Check back
around
the 15th of every month to see the new class listing
for the following month.
On the day of your class, you will receive
10% off your purchases (except for future classes, crops and/or
gift certificates). All classes must be paid for at time
of registration. Most
classes can be purchased as "kits to go" if you are unable to
make the class.

Distress Greetings Card Class
In
this class we will make a variety of everyday greeting cards
that can be used for any occasion and learn a few of Shari's
favorite distress techniques along the way.

old shirt as you might get messy (have fun) when doing this
class!

Tropical Mist Album
Join Sue on an adventure in Glimmer Mist. Do you already love
Glimmer Mist? Do you have Glimmer Mist and don't know what to do
with it? Do you have no idea what Glimmer Mist is? Have you seen
Glimmer Mist, but you still are not sure if it is for you? No
matter what the answer is, this class is for you! In this fun
filled class, we will spritz, spray, swipe stencil and more! We
will be using the Traveler Mini Album by Tattered Angels along
with several colors of Glimmer Mist, Seaside Glimmer Chips and
Screens, Ultra-Fine Flower Soft and more! It will be messy; so
please dress accordingly! Each
student MUST bring a roll of paper towels with them to class.

Card of the Month

Come Join us the first Thursday of each month anytime between
1pm and 7pm (whatever works best for you) to learn some new
ideas for cardmaking. Each month the teacher will have a new
sketch for you and several samples of what she has done with the
sketch for you to see. You will receive enough cardstock and
patterned paper to make at least 3-4 cards (maybe more). So get
the kids to school or camp and meet your friends at the store
while you learn some new ideas for your cards - this is the
place to be!! Please be sure to bring your
own supplies as you will be making the card(s) with the techer
unless you want to take them home to make them. If you do not
bring your own supplies you will be charged an additional fee to
take the class.

Colors of Copic - Shades of Gray

Join us as we continue our adventures through the wonderful
Colors of Copics. Today we'll experiment with Shades of Warm
Gray. We'll discuss some useful tips and
tricks while we practice advanced techniques that will help you
understand why Copic markers are the "must have" tools for
blending and shading images. We'll practice blending options,
revisit the nasty rag technique and pushing designs. You'll love
airbrushing too! Three shades of warm grays are
included in the class fee. You'll leave this class with three
markers to add to your collection and completed images to
reference. No projects will be completed in this class.
Please bring a
colorless blender.
Note:
If you have W1, W3 and/or W5 of your own, please bring them
to use in class. You will be permitted to swap the unused
markers from your class kit for other colors. As this is a
hands-on learning class, no "class kit" is available unless you
have taken several of Rose's classes and are comfortable with
taking a kit.

different trimmers, adhesives, and other tools so you can try

It's A "Moving" Thing Layout
This two page layout is all about movement. You will learn how
to construct and build a movable rollercoaster or change
slightly to make it a learning to drive layout! Any
amusement park, boardwalk, fair, etc. can be the setting as you
will pick out the letter for your custom title. We will be using
3 new BoBunny Petal Pushers patterned papers, ribbon, bling,
buttons, fabric flowers and you will also learn how to cover up
your "mistakes". Please bring red line
tape and glue dots in addition to your normal class supplies.
Sorry, no kits as this is a technique class.

Being a Mother Layout
The colors of the new "Tea at Elsie's" line by Kaisercraft's
drew me in the moment I saw them. They made me think right away
of a patchwork quilt, which was then the inspiration for this
layout. Fussy cutting, faux stitching, pearls, punches, flowers,
hidden journaling and more await you in this class. The title
can easily be changed to fit your needs.

Altered Book Workshop
You asked for it - We listened! Our second "all-day workshop" is
being offered, but this time it is during the week! Join us for
an exciting adventure as we alter a book - this time we LEAVE
the pages and use them to change the book to look like a vintage
one-of-a-kind masterpiece that you design. We will be using
papers from many different manufacturers, vintage music paper,
some metal, some tin, lots of ribbons, buttons, paint, gesso,
Tim's trinkets, and on and on and on... We will be weaving
ribbon on our closure - cutting out a shadowbox - crocheting -
making pockets - and best of all - we will be having LUNCH!!! So
sign up today, as you know spots are limited and classes have

A mini album is the perfect package for memories, including your
memories of special places. Join us as we work on this one-ring
mini album, share tips, step-by-step directions, and ways to
make it all come together quickly so that working on your next

with a 4x4ish 9 page chipboard mini album that is ready to show
off wallet sized photos and capture memories of your Places to
Love. Our use of warm, neutral colors allows a splash of some
personal accents to make this your own amazing album. We'll
dress our Sizzix die-cut naked chipboard with a little paint,
ink and patterned paper from American Crafts, Creative

Kioshi Gift Set
Using
papers from Basic Grey’s Kioshi collection and
JustRite stamps (Just a Note Borders & Centers) we will
decorate a wood handled box and make a set of 5 cards to go
inside. Each person in class will receive one 6x6 Kioshi paper
pad that will be used for your class projects and you get to
take home the rest! We will be using Mod Podge and Paints so
things might get a little messy, be prepared. .

resist, practice deliberate streaking and continue to coordinate
custom embellishments. You'll love airbrushing with masks too! Three shades of
Orange Markers are

markers to add to your collection and completed images to
reference. No projects will be completed in this class.
Please bring a
colorless blender, your shadowing guide from your last class, an
orange atyou Spica glitter pen, and W3 and W5 markers.

Colors of Copic Princess Layout

Copic airbrusing lovers unite! Put your Colors of Copic - Shades
of Aqua, Purple and Pinks into action and change all white paper
and accessories into a beautifully color-coordinated "Princess"
layout by practicing a variety of advanced Copic techniques!
You'll leave this class with one 12x12 classic layout fit for
several of your best photosl You'll gain a wealth of experience
using some of the best Copic techniques as we practice using
embossing powder resist, Copic custom backgrounds and
embellishments on Bazzill smooth white paper adding a touch of
die cut alphabet and buttons.

Continuing with our Halloween fun with the Graphic 45 Hallowe’en
in Wonderland paper and Crafty Secrets stamps... in this class
learn how to make 5 different treat boxes/gifts (treats

collection. You will also receive patterns and instructions for
everything we make in class. These are the perfect little
something for the kids, schools, scouts, co-workers, etc… and

Forget-Me-Not Book
Never forget a birthday, anniversary, or any special occasion
again! You will be altering plain old chipboard into a book that
will be used from year to year as your handy reminder. We will
be painting, inking, covering with patterned papers and
embellishing. The end product is not only gorgeous but all you
need to do is write the person's name on the line for that month
and you are set. You can even include photos on the
corresponding pages. Please bring red line
tape, glue dots, foam tape, glossy accents and tweezers in
addition to your normal class supplies.

Is there a certain class or technique you would like to learn?
Let us know and we will see what we can do.
We offer a few different types of kids parties (birthday, girl
scout, etc.) so be sure to stop by and ask for more details.
Terms and Conditions: Payment is required at the time of sign
up which must be made in advance. You may register in person,
by phone, or by mail. If you cannot attend your scheduled
class, you must notify us no later than 2 days (or 48
hours) before the
class to receive a credit. If you cancel after that and a
replacement is not found, you will forfeit your fee. We
reserve the right to cancel a class that does not meet minimum
enrollment requirements or due to weather conditions. In the
event of a cancellation, we will gladly reschedule you for
another class or refund your fee. No children at adult classes
please.
