Enjoy an extraordinary all-Inclusive weekend of Friends, Cropping, Vendors, Contests & Pampering at the fabulous Heldrich Hotel.  The Cropping Circle is proud to present our one and only annual scrapbooking event designed for kids from ages 6 to 99! Croppers choose from the All Adult Room and activities (all weekend long) or the Mother/Child Camper program in a separate crop room with camper activities. Every package includes full meal & beverage service onsite with unlimited kiosk snacks.  Compare our prices and value to any other crop.

All croppers enjoy roomy 4-foot wide cropping table space with comfy conference style chairs and indulge in round-the-clock cropping, a variety of onsite vendors, activities, raffle prizes, full food & beverage service (all meals, snacks & beverages).  The Heldrich Business Center offers complimentary internet access and printing (journaling) for all croppers.

This exclusive Crop Event begins with Hotel check-in at 5PM on Friday, Aug 6th and ends Sunday, Aug 8th - hotel check-out at noon; Crop Room check-out at 3:00pm.  Overnight package prices include luxury single or double room accommodations at The Heldrich with full amenities, Wireless High Speed Internet service and access to the Fitness Center & Heated Indoor Swimming Pool.
